ABOUT
Bogdan is a senior management consultant with sector expertise in retail gained in management consulting through projects in strategy, performance improvement, and organizational change. Bogdan has a long track record in driving performance and has worked in UK, DACH and CIS regions with organizations of various sizes and geographical coverage.
During his professional career, he supported clients on some of the most challenging problems, from the market entry strategy for a global blue chip company to the continuous operational improvement programme for a large grocery player. With more than 10 years of experience across diverse retail formats, company sizes, and regions, he can bring a unique perspective to the table.
Bogdan is working with senior leaders and their management team focusing on delivering results against commitment. He aims to drive growth by creating positive and enduring organisational changes based on data, future perspectives, and practical implementation.
At the beginning of his career, he worked for a leading multiformat retailer, where he realised his passion for the consumer goods and retail. Bogdan was privileged to work in leading management consulting firms such as Roland Berger and EY-Parthenon, where he extended his knowledge and expertise. At some point in his career, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he worked as an independent consultant building his pipeline and leading clients, which he found fascinating and a very challenging experience.
On a personal level, Bogdan is married and has two wonderful sons. He values quality time spent with his loved ones and friends. He actively supports pro bono work and currently supports several NGOs. He enjoys hiking in the mountains and recently discovered a new interest in participating in long-distance races such as triathlons. Recently, he completed his first 70.3 IronMan Race in Portugal.
